Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.
Payments
Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods, and all charges are clearly stated before work begins.
Prohibited Items
We cannot remove hazardous waste, chemicals, flammable materials, or any item restricted by law. Please notify us in advance if you’re unsure about an item.
Liability

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring removal. Additional fees may apply for areas requiring special handling.
